A Bushel & a Peck
is a favorite old song that my family sang when I was a child in the 60's. I found this sweet stamp of the month became a favorite also....and all for only $5 with qualifying purchase.
I used the stamp of the month, A bushel & a peck to make my granddaughter a birthday card with a matching banner.
I stamped and used colored pencil on the images, and then I copied and cut them larger on the cricut explore to make a banner for the birthday party. Check out yesterday's blog, Pretty to Practical to see how I made the banner outside and kid proof.
Amelia enjoyed her card and banner at her party. I also captured a few moments from the party and then scrapped them using enlarged stamped images for the scrapbook layout.
This was the planned layout, before I took the pics....
This is the finished layout with the pictures added.
So now it is your turn to get this sweet stamp set and share your creations with us. Please feel free to post them on the comment section below. Also, if you have little ones in your life that tend to inadvertently rip or tear the creations you make for them, check out yesterdays blog post to see how to make your work more practical for little hands.
