Jackson: Exploding Card

Debbie, a friend, returned to Kentucky after a long absence and brought with her a fun pattern for a card that turns into an exploding box when opened.  I have never seen one, except in pictures, so it was fun to give it a try. The first one I did was finished folded size 5.5" x 4.25" using Balloon retired paper pack and Susan Branch stickers.  The second one was bulk paper from Jackson and using Jackson complements.  I think this one needs another feather, but this is as far as I got so far.  It was a fun and easy project.  Always, Alayne

Cricut Cards make multiples easy! Love it!

I am so excited that my scrapbooking class from Friendship International might come to my home church for a visit on April 26th.  I made some special invitations using Cricut and Artfully Sent and was impressed how easy it was to make 10 invitations in less than an hour.
I also used Cricut to make some basic cut out cards using Wanderful paper pack. It was fun to see some of the cuts that are small in the direction book.  The magazine holder was cut from the Artiste cartridge.  Please feel free to add your card creations you make with Close To My Heart cricut cartridges on this blog, or put a link to your blog so we can all be inspired by your art work.
Always, Alayne
